Feature · Digital call sheet
A digital call sheet built for the sideline
Your call sheet, on a tablet, that tells you what's working while you call it. PlayCaller Pro lays your playbook out as a color-coded grid of play cards — every card shows the full play name, its type (run, pass or RPO) and the concept — numbered to match your wristbands.
The call grid
Plays are organized into color-coded groups you control — openers, red zone, third-and-short, whatever your staff calls them. Reorder groups and plays any time before the game; the layout reflows to fit an iPad in landscape or portrait, or a phone, without shrinking the text.
Wristband numbers that always match
Every play gets a unique number, assigned in reading order across the grid, so the number on the sheet is the number on the player's wristband. Move a play and the numbers update; print new inserts and you're in sync.
Filters for the moment you're in
Filter the sheet live by run, pass or RPO, by formation, personnel, concept or situation, or search by name. Flip to plays that are working, plays that aren't, or plays you've already called — success means 4+ yards or a score, tracked as you log.
Print it for the binder crowd
Print color-coded call sheets and numbered wristband inserts straight from the app in your team colors. Live mode locks the sheet during the game so nothing gets dragged out of place by accident.
Coaches ask
Do the call sheet numbers match our wristbands?+
Yes. Numbers are unique and assigned in reading order across the grid, and the wristband inserts print from the same numbering.
Can I filter the call sheet during the game?+
Yes — by run/pass/RPO, formation, personnel, concept, situation, or by what's working and what isn't.
Can I import my existing playbook?+
Yes. You can import plays from a spreadsheet (CSV), or edit the starter playbook every new team gets.
Is the call sheet free?+
Yes. The playbook, call sheets, wristbands and live play calling are all on the free plan.
