Budget-friendly, school-friendly billing
There are no per-seat fees. The Program plan ($999/yr) includes unlimited coach logins; Coordinator ($349/yr) includes three. Each plan runs 365 days from the day you pay, so a mid-summer payment covers the whole season.
Pay by card or ACH, by a net-30 invoice with your PO number (sent straight to you from the app), or by check to Stalwart Mind Solutions, LLC. Freshman, JV and varsity under one program
Each squad gets its own team space — its own playbook, roster, games and staff — so the JV staff never edits the varsity plan. We link the freshman and JV teams under your varsity so they're covered by the varsity's plan at no extra charge. One purchase, every level of the program.
Your data stays with your program
Playbooks, game logs, scouting and rosters belong to your team. The database only lets signed-in staff on that team read or change them, and roles decide who can edit what inside the staff. Nothing is public unless your coaches turn on the live game broadcast and share its code.

Your head coach sees both sides of the ball live. Coordinators call from a color-coded digital call sheet with wristband numbers. An assistant logs each result in three taps while the coordinator keeps coaching.
