Who we are

PlayCaller Pro is operated by Stalwart Mind Solutions, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("we", "us"). Questions about this policy: mkelly@stalwartmind.com.

What we collect

• Account information: your name and email address, and your sign-in credentials.
• Team and staff information: team name, colors and logo, staff members and their roles.
• Coaching content: playbooks, game plans, scouting reports, practice scripts, depth charts, games and play-by-play logs.
• Rosters: player names, jersey numbers and positions that coaches enter.
• Support tickets and messages you send us.
• Payment records: plan, amount, date, invoice and PO details. Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe (including Link); we never see or store full card numbers.
• Basic usage analytics through Google Analytics, only when it is enabled on the site. We do not send names, emails or team names to Google Analytics. Google Analytics uses cookies to measure site visits; you can block them in your browser.
• Attribution data: the campaign tags (such as utm_source), referral code and referring website from your first visit, saved with your team when you sign up.

How we use it

To run the service, provide support, handle billing, improve the product, and send service emails (such as sign-in links, staff invites, receipts and renewal reminders).

Who can see your team's data

• Signed-in staff of your team, according to their roles (for example, the offensive coordinator edits the offensive plan).
• The public, only if your team turns on the live game broadcast and shares its code — then viewers see the broadcast (score, drives, and on the press link, the box score).
• Our support team, when helping you or when you ask us to.

Service providers

We use providers for hosting and database, email delivery, payments (Stripe and Link), and analytics (Google Analytics). They process data only to provide their services to us. We do not sell personal information.

Children

PlayCaller Pro is for coaches and staff. It is not directed to children under 13, and players do not get accounts. Coaches enter player rosters and are responsible for having the authority to do so. We delete player data on request.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. To export or delete your team's data, or any player's data, email mkelly@stalwartmind.com and we will handle the request.

Security

Access to team data is restricted to that team's signed-in staff by access controls in our database, and data is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will change the effective date above and, for material changes, notify account holders by email or in the app.
