Terms of Service

Who we are

PlayCaller Pro is provided by Stalwart Mind Solutions, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. By creating a team or using the service you agree to these terms.

Accounts and staff seats

The person who creates a team is its head coach and is responsible for the account and for the staff they invite. Each plan includes a set number of coach seats. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us about any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for coaching and team operations. Do not break the law, upload content you have no right to use, try to access other teams' data, disrupt the service, or resell it without our permission.

Plans and payment

• Plans are Free, Coordinator and Program. Current prices are listed at playcallerpro.app/pricing.
• Paid plans run 365 days from the day payment is received. Renewing early adds the new term on top of the current one.
• Card payments are one-time by default; card buyers may choose optional auto-renew, which renews yearly until cancelled. Cancel auto-renew any time by emailing us; your plan stays active until the end of the term already paid.
• School invoices are due net 30 and can be paid by ACH, card or check.
• Sales tax is added where required.

Money-back guarantee and refunds

If you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 30 days of payment by emailing mkelly@stalwartmind.com. We refund the payment in full to the original payment method, and the plan returns to what it was before that payment.

Founding Coaches offer

The Founding Coaches offer is subject to our approval and limited to the first 10 approved schools. Approved schools receive the first season free and then the founding discount on later payments while they remain a customer.

Your content

Your playbooks, game plans, rosters, logs and other content stay yours. You give us a limited license to host, copy and display it only as needed to operate and support the service for you.

Our intellectual property

The PlayCaller Pro software, design, name and logo belong to us. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the service.

Availability

PlayCaller Pro is a web app and needs an internet connection to save data; there is no offline mode. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination, export and deletion

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms. To export or delete your team's data, email mkelly@stalwartmind.com.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for material changes, notify account holders by email or in the app.
